How do I choose the right size bodyboard?
Choosing the right size depends on your height and weight. Generally, the board should reach up to your belly button when stood on the ground. For more precise sizing, please refer to our comprehensive size chart on each product page.
What is the difference between PE and PP cores?
Polyethylene (PE) cores are more flexible and suited for colder water or riders who prefer more 'flex' for control. Polypropylene (PP) cores are stiffer, lighter, and faster, making them ideal for warmer climates and high-performance surfing.
How long does shipping take?
We offer express and standard shipping options. Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for boards and wetsuits?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, boards that have been plugged or wetsuits that have been used in the water cannot be returned.

How should I care for my board to ensure it lasts?
To prolong the life of your board, always rinse it with fresh water after use, keep it out of direct sunlight when not in the water, and avoid leaving it in hot cars which can cause delamination or bubbling.
