At Inverted Bodyboarding, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your next session. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your bodyboard, fins, or apparel are unused, in their original packaging, and still have all tags or plastic shrink-wrap attached.
Contact Support
Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct warehouse shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely, ideally in the original shipping box, to prevent damage to board cores or fin blades during transit.
Drop Off & Refund
Ship the package using a trackable service; once our crew inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange gear within 3-5 business days.
